The magic of New Year's Eve on the Riviera
The program for this New Year's Eve 2023 in Rimini includes a long night spread with open and free museums , from 9 pm, and guided tours until 2 am at Palazzo del Fulgor, Part, Teatro Galli, Domus and Museum of the city and with ten different spaces in the city centre.
On the stage in Piazza Malatesta the musical energy of Kelly Joyce , a French artist by birth but transplanted to Romagna known throughout the world with "Vivre la vie" accompanied by the Gioacchino Rossini Orchestra of Pesaro and a top-level band to try their hand at a pop-jazz and swing repertoire, with excursions into Italian songwriting and traditional French songs.
After the stroke of the new year, the protagonist of Piazza Malatesta will instead be the Fire in the castle , a magical show made of colored lights, smoke and cascades of fire, with scenic effects. The shows will be available here in two times: at 00.30 and 02.00.
Followed by Frankie hi-nrg mc , an eclectic artist who, as a DJ, will offer a selection of rap/hip hop and electronic music. The Satellite band will conclude with a rock proposal, for a musical journey that ranges from the 70s to today, with electronic, psychedelic contaminations and alternative Italian sounds.
In nearby Piazza Cavour , then, there will be a DJ set led by big names in Italian clubbing. From the aperitif to the night, the musical program of the evening will retrace the last 30 years of dance music hits in a modern version with the official dee jays of the Paradiso Reunion , Gianni Morri, Max Padovani, Paolo Nhe, Michelino & Paolino Zanetti, supported by artists international players, such as trumpeter Stefano Serafini, percussionist Luca Florian and electronic violinist Mark Lanzetta . To open the evening, the Academy Deejay of Rimini which will be on stage in Piazza Cavour with deejays and performers born at the Music Academy Rimini. The setting will be tinged with the 90s in the company of DJ Max Monti & GAM GAM for a Live Dj Set with the great hits of Italian and international 90s music. Finally, the midnight toast in Piazza Cavour will be punctuated by RDS 100% Grandi Successi , the official radio station of the Rimini 2023 New Year's Eve, with the presenters Roberta Lanfranchi and Claudio Guerrini , to celebrate the new year with a stylish DJ set many gadgets for the participants.
Also on 31 December, but in the Modern Wing of the City Museum , there will also be a sound tribute to Rimini's Riviera Club Culture with some of its top DJs: Niconote live, Ricky Montanari, the Club Paradiso duo, Labiuse, Carebears . Latin atmospheres, however, at the Teatro degli Atti with the Grancaribe staff with DJ sets by Rafael Nuñez and DJ Naps , starting at 10.30pm. A dancing journey from the Antilles to South America through its dances and folklore. Cuban, Brazilian and Dominican dancers will perform, proposing capoeira and Argentine tango, Latin music and reggaeton.
At the Galli Theater , in the Ressi room, an evening dedicated to Argentine tango, while the courtyard of the Gambalunga Library will be illuminated by video lighting. Open doors on modern and contemporary art at the Part – Palazzi dell'Arte Rimini : in the historic Arengo and Podestà palaces overlooking the central Piazza Cavour in Rimini where you can admire the contemporary works of art of the San Patrignano Foundation and participate in a themed photographic set, created by the photographer Enrico De Luigi .
Unmissable, like every year, the midnight toast at the City Museum where the Sala del Giudizio hosts the concert of the Schumann Trio with Silvia Marini (Flute), Aldo Maria Zangheri (Viola), Monica Micheli (Harp). Among the mosaics of the Domus , Lorenzo Semprini, Alessio Raffaelli and Massimo Marches will propose "Rimini/New York: Redemption songs". The cultural New Year's Eve continues until 2 am with extraordinary evening openings and Museums open with free admission from 9.00 pm and guided tours until 2 am at Palazzo del Fulgor, Part, Galli Theater, Domus and City Museum.

On the occasion of New Year's Eve, the Riviera will host the Galactica festival consisting of three evenings ( Altromondo Studios, Rimini Fair, Cocorico ) to the sound of Techno with the greatest national and international exponents!
Peter Pan with the hottest reggaeton, latin house and commercial one night in Italy: the "Vidaloca" and the Baia Imperiale in the "Baia Caput Mundi" format with an ancient Rome theme complete the disco scene by embracing the major trendy musical genres.
